Please call the respective spa location to book your appointment. We require a valid credit card at the time of booking to secure your appointment—no exceptions. Your card will not be billed unless you no-show or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time or do not show for your appointment, you will be charged per the Cancellation Policy.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must notify Healing Waters at least 24-hours prior to your appointment. You will be given one grace opportunity* for a late cancellation for which you will not be charged. If you have a late cancellation or do not show for your appointment and you have already used your one allotted grace cancellation, you will be responsible for a cancellation fee. These fees are used to compensate our staff so if you cancel multiple services you will incur a charge for each service cancelled. Additionally, cancellation of surgical procedures are subject to a separate set of guidelines as outlined below.
- Services costing $60 or less (such as manicures, pedicures, and waxing services): $15 fee per scheduled service
- All esthetic & body services: $30 fee per scheduled service
- Medical appointments such as consults with doctors or services with nurses: $50 fee per scheduled service
- For surgical procedures, a non-refundable $250 deposit is required at the time of booking. For cancellations with less than two weeks notice, 10% of the procedure fee will be charged for a rebooking fee; if you do not reschedule, 20% of the procedure fee will be charged.
*The grace cancellation does not apply to medical procedures.
This policy encompasses all reasons for cancellation. We charge the same low cancellation fee whether it’s a spontaneous weekend away or the flu bug. These fees are designed to provide partial compensation to our top-notch therapists and nurses who rely on a busy schedule for a rewarding career. Thank you in advance for respecting and understanding the need to enforce these policies.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes past the start of your scheduled time and we are unable to accommodate your service, your appointment will be rescheduled and the cancellation fee will be charged. When we are able to accommodate a late arrival, footbath will not be included and the full value of your treatment will be charged. Treatment times are not extended based on late arrivals.
To get the most from your spa experience, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow the opportunity to relax in the lounge and enjoy a footbath and heated neck wrap prior to your service. Check in on Facebook at your respective spa location upon arrival and receive a $5 credit towards the purchase of any Pure MD® skin care products on the day of your visit.
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing; however, please wear whatever is comfortable for you. During all treatments the body is kept fully draped except for the area being worked on. Robes and slippers are provided in the locker rooms to wear before and after treatments.
Out of respect for all our guests, cell phones and pagers should be turned off while in the spa.
Your spa experience is your time and you should delight in it to the fullest. If you experience discomfort due to room temperature, massage pressure, music volume, or any other condition please tell your therapist immediately.
Lockers are provided for storage of personal items while at the spa; however, we recommend that you leave valuables at home. Healing Waters will not be held accountable for lost or stolen items from the spa.
Childcare services are not provided. Out of respect for our guests, we ask that children not accompany you to a scheduled appointment. Minors may receive the following services under the noted conditions:
- Simple Facial: Ages 12+
- Luxe Facial: Ages 16+
- Waxing services (brow, lip, and chin only): Ages 14+. All other waxing services: Ages 18+
- Massages and Body Treatments: Ages 18+
- Manicures & Pedicures: Ages 8-11 allowed when accompanied by an adult. Without an adult: Ages 12+
- Minors are only allowed in the Relaxation Lounge when accompanied by an adult or when they are waiting for a service.
- Medical services require written approval from a pediatrician and parental consent.
In appreciation to the staff for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion. For parties of four or more a 20% gratuity will be automatically charged.

Spa Gift Cards & Printable Gift Certificates
Gift cards may be purchased in any denomination online, by phone, or at the spa and may be used towards services or retail. Printable gift certificates are available for purchase online only. Spa gift cards and printable gift certificates are non-refundable. To use, present card/certificate at checkout and amounts will be deducted from the balance. Gift cards/certificates are valid for redemption in the U.S. only. Cards/certificates may not be redeemed for cash and any unused amount will remain on the card/certificate. Healing Waters is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards/certificates or any unauthorized use. Cards/certificates expire 5 years from date of purchase. Healing Waters gift cards/certificates are not redeemable on the Pure MD website.
Spa Referral Rewards
To show our appreciation for your personal endorsements, you’ll receive a $20 gift certificate each time you refer a new client for day spa services. Simply make sure your name is mentioned at check-in. Rewards are not provided for medical services per state board guidelines.

Any unused item may be returned within 30 days for a full refund with a receipt of purchase. Any used item may be returned within 30 days for spa credit with a receipt of purchase.
