Spa Policies

Reservations
Please call the respective Healing Waters location to book your appointment or medical consultation. We require a valid credit card at the time of booking to secure your appointment—no exceptions.

Cancellations and Late Arrivals
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged a cancellation fee. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past the start of your scheduled time and we are unable to accommodate your service, your appointment will be rescheduled and the cancellation fee will be charged. Treatment times are not extended based on late arrivals.

Check-In
Your entire spa experience should be one of effortless relaxation. We encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Gratuity
In appreciation to the staff for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion. For parties of four or more a 20% gratuity will be automatically charged.

Financing Options Available
Healing Waters offers a variety of financing options for all of our medical services. Ask your nurse for details during your private consultation.

Children
Minors are welcome for treatments if accompanied by a parent or with a prior signed waiver. Childcare services are not provided. Out of respect for the privacy of our guests, we ask that children not accompany you to a scheduled appointment.

Parties and Corporate Events
Let us help you plan the perfect party for any occasion. Contact the General Manager to make your reservations.

Spa Gift Cards
Gift cards may be purchased in any denomination online, over the phone or at the spa. Spa gift cards expire five years after date of purchase, are non-refundable and may be used for services or retail.

Referral Rewards
To show our appreciation for your personal endorsements, you’ll receive a $20 gift certificate each time you refer a new client for our day spa services. Simply make sure your name is mentioned at check-in.

Healing Waters VIP Program
Earn points for every dollar spent at Healing Waters and enjoy the tremendous range of perks and benefits of this members-only club. Ask our concierge for further details.

Return Policy
Within 90 days, any unused item may be returned for a full refund with a receipt of purchase. Any used item may be returned for credit within the spa.
