Tiers and Applicable Discount $0 - $1000 - No discount $1,001 - $5,000 - 3% discount $5,001 - $10,000 - 5% discount $5,001 - $10,000 - 8% discount Discount thresholds are based on cumulative purchases for a one-year period and can be maintained for as long as your company has a continuous open account. PAYMENT TERMS You may prepay with credit card, business check, cash or wire transfer. Healing Waters accepts all major credit cards for payment. Check payments are required to clear before we can ship your order. ORGANIZATIONAL BRANDING Your gift cards can be branded with your company’s logo, colors and preferred image. Additional fees will apply and because of added production time, orders must be received 3 months prior to the required delivery date.
